WELCOME TO NCGP 2026 – Sponsorship & Exhibitor Invitation

We are excited to welcome around 1,000 participants from across the Nordic countries to the Nordic Congress in General Practice 2026. The exhibition takes place adjacent to the conference rooms and is open on May 26–28.

The exhibition opens at 14:00 on May 26 and closes after the final coffee break at 15:30 on May 28.

For Non-Profit Organisations

Non-profit organisations have the opportunity to exhibit at a reduced rate of SEK 10,000 (excluding VAT).

Included: Booth space: 4 m² (2 × 2 m). Includes bar table, bar stool, and electricity. 1 booth staff (includes lunch, coffee breaks, and welcome reception. Banquet ticket for Thursday can be purchased separately. Access to the conference program is available subject to space. Logo on the website and in the event app.
