Presentation Time Guidelines
To ensure a smooth schedule for all participants, presenters are required to strictly follow to the allocated time limits. Session chairs will enforce these limits.
Oral Presentations
Each oral presentation must be completed within 12 minutes. The session chair will stop the presentation if it exceeds this time.
Workshops and Symposium
Workshops are scheduled for 45, 60, or 90 minutes. Symposium 45 or 60 minutes. depending on the session format. Please plan your content accordingly to fit within the assigned duration.
1 slide-5 minues presentation
Presentations in this format are limited to 5 minutes. The chair will end the presentation if the time limit is exceeded.
Digital Poster
Each session lasts 60 minutes and takes place in an open area with five parallel presentations. Each presenter is allocated 25 minutes at the screen to present their poster. A 5-minute transition period is scheduled between each presentation slot.

Upload and technical setup – Workshops and full sessions:
- You may use your own laptop, however we recommend uploading your presentation in advance to avoid technical issues. Are you using a MAC please bring adapter.
A technician will be available in each room. In smaller rooms, technicians may be shared between rooms but will always be present at session start.
I-Slide sessions
Format
Please prepare your slides according to the following:

We ask you to use the provided template for your design.
After your in-room presentation, your slides will be displayed on the digital screens in the B-Lounge from Wednesday afternoon so that more participants can view your work.

- A technician will be available in each room the whole time.
Digital Poster Sessions
Each session is 60 minutes in duration and takes place in an open area with five parallel presentations. Each presenter is allocated 25 minutes at the screen to present their poster. A 5-minute transition period is scheduled between each 25-minute presentation slot.
Participants may move freely between the presentations to ask questions and engage with the content.

Speaker Ready Room
Room: k16
A technician will assist you with uploading your presentation and ensure it is available in the correct session room. You will also have the opportunity to review your presentation on-site.
If you need to make changes after uploading, you must return to the Speaker Ready Room. Changes cannot be made in the session rooms.
Opening hours
- Tuesday: 14:00–16:00
- Wednesday–Thursday: 08:00–15:30
- Friday: 08:00–10:00
Important information about sharing
- For 1slide and digital poster, your presentations will be displayed on-site in the B Lounge after your have made your presentation
- If you do not want your presentation to be shared, you must inform the technician when uploading your file. If you do not opt out, we will assume your consent to share your presentation
- All approved presentations may be published on the conference website after the event.
On the Day of Your Presentation
Please arrive well prepared:
- Be in the room at least 15 minutes before your session starts
- Introduce yourself to the session chairs and staff
- Confirm how timing will be signaled
A technician and a representative from the organizing committee will be present in each session.
