The exhibitor package includes:

Invoicing – Additional Orders
Additional orders will be invoiced after the event.
Payment terms are 30 days net.
Exhibitor Insurance
With Elmia’s exhibitor insurance, you are ensured a secure participation at the exhibition.
If you would like etailed information and full insurance terms, please send an email to maria.solleby@elmia.se The insurance is valid provided that payment has been made before the due date.
Installation on Walls and Windows
All installation on walls and windows is strictly prohibited, as the materials are very sensitive and tape or similar adhesives may damage the surface.
Elmia Exhibition Shop
During move-in and throughout the event’s opening hours, you will have the opportunity to order any additional items you may require. Please contact the Information Desk at the entrance.
Stand Construction / Extended Exposure
The maximum permitted construction height is 2.5 metres.
Any exposure outside your designated stand area must be approved in advance by the organiser and will be charged according to the current price list.
Goods and Transport
When delivering goods to Elmia, it is very important that all items are labelled as follows:

Unloading takes place automatically upon arrival at the exhibition area.
When storing empty packaging, it is important that all packaging is labelled with your company name and stand number. Labels are available at the Information Desk at the entrance.
Goods are received on weekdays between 08:00–16:30, but not earlier than May 21, 2026.
Collection of goods after the event must take place no later than May 29, 2026.
If forklift assistance for loading or unloading is required, this must be booked in advance.
All handling of goods will be charged according to the current price list.
Parking
There are 2,000 parking spaces directly adjacent to the congress centre. Parking areas are equipped with ticket machines, and payment can be made by card or via mobile apps.
Assistance During the Exhibition
If you have any questions during the event, please contact the staff at the Information Desk at the entrance.
They will assist you directly or refer you to the appropriate person.
