Welcome Reception

After the congress opening, we gather for a welcome reception in the exhibition hall. This is a great opportunity to meet colleagues, connect with peers, and settle into the conference atmosphere while enjoying light food and drinks.
The reception is included in the registration fee, but pre-registration is required.
Banquet
Time 18:00–01:00
The banquet will be held at Elmia. The evening begins with a welcome mingle adjacent to the dining venue, followed by a locally inspired three-course dinner, carefully prepared with regional ingredients. The evening offers enjoyable entertainment in a relaxed setting and concludes with dancing. Free seating

Transportation
In the congress app, you will find a ticket that gives you free travel on Jönköping public transport within the Jönköping area. During the banquet, public transport services will be reinforced to ensure that everyone can travel smoothly to and from the venue. The nearest bus stop at Elmia is Rosenlundsbadet.
After 00:12, there will be no regular bus services. Instead, extra buses will depart directly from outside the banquet entrance to Juneporten. Departures are scheduled for 00:45 and 01:15.
