Welcome Reception

After the congress opening, we gather for a welcome reception in the exhibition hall. This is a great opportunity to meet colleagues, connect with peers, and settle into the conference atmosphere while enjoying light food and drinks.
The reception is included in the registration fee, but pre-registration is required.
Banquet
Time 18:00–01:00
The banquet will be held at Elmia. The evening begins with a welcome mingle adjacent to the dining venue, followed by a locally inspired three-course dinner, carefully prepared with regional ingredients. The evening offers enjoyable entertainment in a relaxed setting and concludes with dancing.
